Today, we launch the Simulation Professional Development Framework – designed to support a coherent, future-facing approach to simulation practice across the UK, Ireland and beyond.
Grounded in global research, community input, and aligned with national partners, the framework offers a shared language for development, progression, and impact.
This is part of a wider ambition: to connect the system, strengthen practice, and position simulation as a core component of health and care delivery.
