Sign up to an annual subscription for £80 per year which will give you access to our comprehensive range of membership benefits without the worry of needing to remember to manually renew your membership every year.

Individual Membership Payment Information

To join, simply enter your card details for an annual subscription. Once processed, a downloadable invoice will be available in your membership account. You’ll receive reminder emails before each renewal. You can cancel at any time, but please note we are unable to offer refunds once payment has been taken.

Please note, all memberships are valid from 12 months from the point of purchase. So a membership purchased on the 01st January 2025 would expire on the 01st January 2026*.

*The only exception to this would be in the case of an individual added later to an institutional membership. For example if institution X purchased institutional membership in January 2025 and purchased an additional membership for a named member in June 2025 that named member would expire at the same time as the institution in January 2026. Therefore only having 7 months of active membership.   

Sign up process

Each institution must have a lead account member to add members into the system. To get the maximum benefit for your named individual members, it is advisable to add all of these are the time of signing up. Details you will need to add members:

• Name and email address

These individuals will then receive an email with login details and a request to complete their profile.

Payment

Requesting payment by PO Purchase?

Once you complete your ASPiH Membership application below, you will receive a pro forma invoice via your email within 48 hours, use this to raise a Purchase Order (PO) through your organisation’s procurement process.

Once your PO number has been issued, email it to us and we will update your invoice with the PO number before issuing the final invoice for payment. Your membership will be approved once payment has been received.
