Module One: STEPuP
Underpinning professionalism: This highly interactive one-day module works systematically through the five elements of the RSciTech professional registration application to the Science Council.

Module Two: STEPout
Outstanding teamwork: This module uses a structured approach to support delegates to develop solutions that enhances their role within simulation centres.

Module Three: STEPOn
Ongoing Professional development: This module delegates will use the IRiS online platform to build a CPD portfolio to support work-based learning and professional activities.
